Straw and wood burn. Is it safe to live in such a house?
Our houses comply with residential building standards G1 (Fire Resistance – REI 60). Thanks to our technologies, we achieve an REI 150 rating, ensuring high fire resistance.
Can mice gnaw through the walls?
The clay we use contains lime, which is poisonous to mice, so they do not go further. Even if this does not stop them, compressed straw is inconvenient for them to gnaw. Additionally, we can install an extra metal mesh along the bottom of the structure, which will completely prevent rodents from penetrating.
What is the sound insulation like?
Sound insulation is 56 dB with a panel thickness of 300 mm, which meets the building standards for apartments and houses. For improved characteristics, walls up to 500 mm thick can be used if necessary.
What is thermal insulation like?
The thermal insulation of our panels is 2-3 times higher than that of traditional materials, significantly reducing heating costs.
How long will your house last?
Our houses, built using the technology of our ancestors, have stood for centuries. Thanks to our improved manufacturing technologies, houses built from our panels can last 100 years or more.
What kind of foundation is required for building your houses?
We can use any type of foundation, allowing the house to be placed on any ground surface.
How long does it take to design and build an ecological house?
The time required depends on the complexity and scale of the house. Typically, design takes about one and a half months, and construction up to 2 months. So, it takes about 3 months from project to reality to create your house.
What design and shape of the house can be chosen for construction?
Our technology allows building structures of any shape, size, and complexity thanks to the panel/modular system, enabling a wide range of customer ideas to be realized.
What are the possible internal and external finishing solutions using your technology?
You can explore ready-made turnkey house solutions on our website. Our technology allows the use of any external and internal finishes, similar to traditional building solutions.
What are your production volumes?
Our production is the largest in Europe for bioclimatic construction – 16,000 m². Annually, we manufacture 25,000 m² of panels for private construction or 100,000 m² for typical multi-apartment construction.
What is the price per m² for a house built with your turnkey technology?
The price of a finished house depends on many factors:
- Type of foundation
- Type and shape of the roof
- Number of floors and presence of an attic/cold floor
- Percentage of glazing
- Complexity of the layout
- Presence and complexity of stairs
- Type of external and internal finishing
- “Premium” materials
- Complexity of external and internal communications
Taking all variables into account, the price of a turnkey house starts from 900 € (EUR) per m².
Does the house need additional insulation?
Our technology does not require additional insulation, as the panel is already insulated due to its filling with high-quality and dense compressed straw.
Can I build a house myself using your ecological panels?
Of course! We can manufacture a house kit from which you can build the house yourself. If necessary, we also provide installation supervision and technical oversight services.
Do you build throughout Ukraine?
Our technology allows us to manufacture panels at our production facility and assemble houses anywhere in Ukraine.
Do you build outside of Ukraine?
Yes, our technology allows us to manufacture panels at our production facility and assemble houses both in Ukraine and beyond.
Can ecological houses be built only in summer?
No, our panels are treated with clay and dried in a special temperature-controlled room. Therefore, construction can be carried out at any air temperature.
How many floors can be built using your ecological panels?
In the world, construction with fully wooden structures up to 50 floors is practiced. According to Ukrainian legislation, building is allowed up to a maximum of 2 floors plus an attic or mansard floor.
