One rational use of horizontal space includes a kitchen-studio with a spacious living room, a bedroom with a bathroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a home office (families with children might opt for a workshop or playroom). An open terrace accessed from the living room provides comfortable outdoor relaxation conditions.
Construction uses high-quality natural materials sourced from Ukrainian raw materials. The structure is based on bioclimatic panels from ECONIKO, finished with natural wood, textured plaster, and natural stone.
