The first floor hosts a combined kitchen-living room, an office, a bathroom, and a utility room. The second floor includes a bedroom with a dressing room and bathroom, two living rooms, an additional bathroom, and a utility room.

Temporary underground concrete shelters are custom-made and can be configured based on desired space and comfort. The turnkey project may include a comfortable relaxation area and a sauna.

Construction uses ecological materials sourced from Ukrainian raw materials. The structure is based on energy-efficient, structurally insulated bioclimatic panels from ECONIKO. Finishes include natural wood, textured plaster, and natural stone.
