98% of the composition of ECONIKO’s bioclimatic panels are natural renewable materials capable of creating a healthy microclimate indoors all year round. The panels have high vapor permeability, which ensures the removal of excess moisture without thermal bridges, loss of airtightness, drafts, and mold.

Prefab and modular houses

ECONIKO technologies enable the realization of any building design, not limiting the creative freedom of architects. After the architectural project is approved, the structural engineer prepares a detailed technical project for all panels and modules.
